HDL was registered in the Securities and Exchange Commision on June 09, 1995.

HDL Construction & Development Corporation started operation at Roxas City, Capiz December 2004.
Here in Roxas HDL developed SEA CLIFF and VILLA ALEGRIA.

SEA CLIFF and VILLA ALEGRIA has its wonderful features for subdivisions.

HDL developed new, high level and one of a kind subdivisions that its new to this community.

These properties are located across the Metro Bacolod Area and spread in various cities and municipalities of Negros Occidental and Iloilo provinces in the Western Visayas Region. In the province of Negros Ociidental, HDL has projects in Escalante City, Cdiz City, E.B. Magalona, Silay City, Talisay City, Bacolod City,Bago city, Hinigaran, Binalbagan and Kabankalan City. In Iloilo province, HDL is active in Leganese, Oton and Pavia. Studies are being made to expand its operation in Roxas City in Capiz .
